Cancellation Policy
Must cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to appointment. Deposit is non-refundable and will be transferable one time for rescheduled appointment only if you do so prior to 48 hour window. Reschedules, and cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged 100% of the remaining balance & will require new deposit for new appointment. No shows will be charged 100% remaining balance and will be BANNED. No exceptions.
